Trails to Towns: Real Estate Branding
Project Client: Trails to Towns || @trailstotown
Project Type: Small Business Logo
Lead Designer: Ryan Scully
Buying a home is the biggest purchase most people ever make, so why do a lot of real estate groups look like they were pulled from the same design template? Every agency has a rooftop and slogan with similar promise language, which makes it hard to discern who you’re working with. Because of the personal investments Trails to Towns has made in their business, homeowners have been finding a place to belong in North Georgia since 2016.
Trails to Towns carries their whole real estate philosophy in three words. After spending summers in Yellowstone and years in Big Sky, Montana, this group wanted to emphasis that their brand niches down along the I-575 corridor rather than the crowded Atlanta market.
The hand-crafted design illustrations keep this small business brand rooted in a lifestyle of Georgia. We’ve got pines, fly-fishing and a detailed timber lodge with chimneys which sidesteps generic real estate marketing altogether. These outdoor components make the brand feel like it’s been hanging on a luxurious cabin wall for 50 years.
Their badge logo design points out their geographical reach from Marietta to the mountains so clients know what they’re getting the minute they thumb through the website. Colors of deep forest green and mustard gold feel like pages of a hiking trail guide that’s super relaxed. Walking past these yard signs would help someone picture themselves in a cabin, cup of coffee in hand, with a trailhead just around the corner.
Sure, a great real estate logo design won’t push anyone to buy, but personal touch might be the difference for some browsers. Every small business has a greater message to convey and that’s the work we love doing the most. Whether we’re helping churches and ministries, or the local small business guy, we’re ready to listen to your story and build a brand that feels like home. If your business is ready to be felt as well as seen, let’s talk.
