All roles at Bright Coal can be done from anywhere. Most roles have very fluid schedule requirements.

Minimal Meetings

We meet, but only when necessary. Most roles are able to do 95% of their job just communicating within our project management app. We believe your best work happens when expectations are clear and you have room to work.

Monthly Coffee Stipend*

You will receive a monthly coffee stipend to use on beans or at your favorite local spot.

Quarterly Equipment Stipend*
